Instructor: Christie Burns

This class is for students who have already taken the hammered dulcimer 1 class, or have some playing experience on their own with the instrument.  We’ll work on more complicated hammering patterns, separate hand technique, and an array of repertoire including classical, jazz, and traditional pieces.

You can enter this class with no musical experience at all, and by the end of 8 weeks you’ll be able to play several tunes and understand how scales, chords, and arpeggios work.  Rental instruments available, but let us know if you need to reserve one.
