Lon Eldridge, Rooftop Concert

Lon Eldridge gave a very enjoyable performance for the Folk School’s very first rooftop concert on April 16th, 2010. He played two sets of music, including blues, ragtime, original, and Americana music. Lon will be teaching a blues slide guitar workshop on June 5th at the Folk School. Lessons

The teachers at the Folk School of Chattanooga offer private lessons for banjo, fiddle, guitar, dobro, pedal steel guitar, upright bass, Irish flute, tin whistle, singing, hammered dulcimer, mountain dulcimer, and mandolin.

We teach many genres of music, including old-time Appalachian, bluegrass, gospel, and Celtic.

Lesson fee is $80 per month for weekly, half-hour lessons.
